Your watches, widgets and wonders are dispatched from our Singapore launch facility and must pass through Earth-based import checkpoints before reaching you. Along the way, local authorities may demand tribute in the form of taxes, duties, or paperwork in a system typeface from 1997.

Vostra Designs utilizes DHL for our fulfillment and are not responsible for delays, fees, or losses by customs authorities.

Refused or unclaimed shipments will incur return shipping fees and taxes/duties applicable, which will be deducted from any refund.

If you decide to send your gear back through the spacetime continuum within 30 Days, refunds will be issued minus shipping costs—fuel for warp drives isn’t cheap.
